LICENCE 71195 Inc. offers a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only. Any damages resulting from misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear caused by regular usage are not covered under our policy.

Defects may include:

• Broken zipper or hardware
• Stitching issues
• Removable strap issues

Warranty claims are evaluated at LICENCE 71195 Inc.'s sole discretion and LICENCE 71195 Inc. reserves the right to refuse any claim deemed to fall outside of the guidelines above.

For purchase from Retailer

For items purchased from a retailer that is not LICENCE 71195 Online Shop, please contact the retailer directly for their assistance in warranty claim. LICENCE 71195 Inc. will not process any warranty claim except for items purchased directly from LICENCE 71195 Online Shop.

LICENCE 71195 Inc. will only process warranty claim for items purchased directly from LICENCE 71195 Online Shop. If your claim falls within the warranty period, please fill out the Warranty Claim Form at Licence71195.com. Please allow up to 10 business days for your request to be processed.

Accepted warranty claims are eligible for a new product of equal or lesser value to the product under warranty. Only items purchased in the past 30 days directly from LICENCE 71195 Online Shop are eligible for monetary refund.
